مرحباً بك في موقع King Antique (www.King-Antique.com). نظراً لطبيعة القطع النادرة والأنتيكات والمقتنيات التراثية، والعملات، والطوابع التي نوفرها، فإن كل قطعة معروضة تعتبر ذات قيمة خاصة وغالباً ما تتوافر بقطعة واحدة فقط فريدة. توضح هذه السياسة الشروط المنظمة لحجز القطع التراثية وإلغاء الطلبات لضمان تجربة اقتناء عادلة وموثوقة لكافة العملاء والمهتمين بتراث مصر المعاصر.

1. آلية وطريقة حجز القطع

يمكن للمشتري حجز أي قطعة من التحف أو العملات أو الطوابع عبر الموقع الإلكتروني أو من خلال التواصل المباشر معنا عبر الواتساب المعتمد. يُعتبر الحجز مؤقتاً ومبدئياً فور تقديم الطلب، ولا يتم اعتماد الحجز النهائي وتخصيص القطعة للمشتري إلا بعد تأكيد إدارة الموقع أو سداد العربون المقرَّر في حال الاتفاق على الحجز المسبق.

2. فترة مهلة الحجز المعتمدة

تتم حماية حجز القطعة للمشتري لمدة أقصاها (48 ساعة) من تاريخ طلب الحجز المبدئي لحين استكمال إجراءات الدفع والتأكيد أو الاتفاق على الشحن. في حال عدم التواصل أو التأكيد خلال هذه المهلة، يحق لـ King Antique إلغاء الحجز وإعادة إتاحة القطعة التراثية للعملاء الآخرين دون أي مسؤولية قانونية.

3. شروط تعديل وإلغاء الطلب من قبل العملاء

يحق للعميل طلب تعديل أو إلغاء حجز الطلب مجاناً قبل شحن القطعة أو تسليمها لشركة التوصيل. في حال طلب الإلغاء بعد خروج الطلب للشحن، يتحمل العميل مصاريف التوصيل المترتبة على ذلك. وفي حالة الحجوزات المخصصة أو القطع التي تطلب تجهيزاً وتغليفاً أثرياً خاصاً، قد تُطبق أحكام اقتطاع نسبة بسيطة تغطي التكاليف الإدارية.

4. الإلغاء من قبل إدارة الموقع

تحتفظ إدارة King Antique بحق إلغاء أي حجز في حالات استثنائية مثل: اكتشاف عيب طارئ في القطعة قبل الشحن، أو خطأ تقني في التسعير أو التوافر، أو عدم دقة بيانات التواصل المدخلة من قِبل العميل. وفي هذه الحالات، يتم التواصل مع العميل فوراً وإعادة أي مبالغ مدفوعة مسبقاً بالكامل.

Booking & Cancellation Terms

Welcome to King Antique (www.King-Antique.com). Due to the rare and irreplaceable nature of our vintage items, historic Egyptian coins, stamps, and heritage collectibles, most items in our catalog are unique one-of-a-kind pieces. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing item reservations and order cancellations to maintain a fair process for all collectors and clients.

1. Reservation Process

Clients can place a temporary reservation for any antique or historic collectible through our platform or via our verified WhatsApp channel. Reservations are considered pending upon submission and become fully confirmed only when management verifies the request or upon receipt of an agreed deposit for advance holds.

2. Reservation Timeframes

A reserved antique item will be held for a maximum window of (48 hours) from the initial request timestamp. During this period, the client must finalize payment and shipping preferences. If confirmation is not received within this timeframe, King Antique reserves the right to release the item back into our public catalog.

3. Order Cancellation & Modifications by Client

Clients may request to modify or cancel their reservations free of charge prior to order dispatch or courier transfer. Should a cancellation occur after the parcel has been dispatched, the client will bear the incurred delivery costs. Custom-packaged or specialized antique handling may be subject to minor administrative charges.

4. Management Order Cancellation

King Antique retains the right to cancel any order or reservation under exceptional circumstances, such as discovering unrecorded item defects prior to dispatch, pricing errors, or invalid contact details provided by the client. In such events, clients are immediately notified and any paid funds are fully refunded.
