سياسة الاسترجاع واسترداد الأموال

حرصاً منا في موقع King Antique (www.King-Antique.com) على تقديم أقصى درجات المصداقية والشفافية لعملائنا الكرام، ونظراً لطبيعة القطع التراثية والأنتيكات والعملات القديمة والطوابع التاريخية الفريدة، نضع بين أيديكم سياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع المعتمدة لضمان حقوق كافة الأطراف.

1. حالات وقواعد قبول الإرجاع

يُسمح للعميل بطلب إرجاع القطع والمقتنيات واسترداد المبالغ المدفوعة في الحالات التالية فقط:

  • وجود اختلاف جوهري وغير مُعلن بين القطعة المستلمة وبين الصور والأوصاف المعروضة على الموقع.
  • تعرض القطعة للتلف أو الضرر أثناء عملية الشحن والتوصيل قبل استلامها.
  • استلام قطعة مختلفة عن الطلب المعتمد.

2. المهلة الزمنية لطلب الإرجاع

يجب على العميل إبلاغ إدارة الموقع بطلب الإرجاع خلال مهلة أقصاها (48 ساعة) من تاريخ استلام الشحنة، مع تقديم صور أو فيديو موثق يوضح حالة القطعة والغلاف المباشر وقت الاستلام.

3. شروط القطعة المراد إرجاعها

يشترط لإعادة القطعة أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية تماماً التي أُرسلت بها دون أي تعديل أو تنظيف أو تغيير في معالمها التاريخية، مع الإبقاء على تغليفها الخاص وكافة المرفقات إن وجدت. يُلغى حق الإرجاع في حال وجود أي عبث بالقطعة من قِبل العميل.

4. آلية واسترداد الأموال

عند فحص القطعة المرجعة والتأكد من مطابقتها لشروط الإرجاع، يتم رد المبلغ للعميل عبر نفس طريقة الدفع أو الوسيلة المتفق عليها خلال (3 إلى 7 أيام عمل). يتحمل الموقع كافة مصاريف الشحن والإرجاع إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا أو بسبب تلف الشحن.

Refund & Return Policy

At King Antique (www.King-Antique.com), we are dedicated to utmost transparency and customer trust. Given the unique and rare nature of antique items, historical coins, and vintage stamps, we maintain a clear refund and return policy to protect both collectors and our platform.

1. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns and refund requests are acceptable under the following specific circumstances:

  • Significant material discrepancy between the received item and its online photos/description.
  • Item damage incurred during transit prior to delivery.
  • Delivery of an incorrect item relative to the confirmed order.

2. Return Request Timeframe

Clients must notify us of a return request within (48 hours) of shipment receipt, accompanied by photo or video evidence illustrating the condition of the delivered parcel and item.

3. Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must remain in their exact original condition as sent, without cleaning, restoration attempts, or physical alteration. Original protective packaging and certificates must be returned intact. Altered items render return rights void.

4. Refund Process & Processing Time

Upon inspecting and validating the returned collectible, refunds will be processed via the original payment method or an agreed secondary option within (3 to 7 business days). Return shipping charges will be fully absorbed by us in verified cases of damaged or incorrect items.
